1- Order

1.1- Products : The products sold by the site are identified by one or more photos, a descriptive text and a price including VAT in Euros.

The photographs taken for this site are intended to be as faithful as possible to the products sold, but the colors may vary from one computer to another.

If the Buyer wishes to check the precise shade of the color, he is advised to order a sample available for purchase on the site.

Atelier du Mur wallpapers are printed on demand, it should be noted that there may be slight variations in color from one order to another if they are not made at the same time.

It is up to the Customer to select on the site the products he wishes to order from the online catalog. Any order implies acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale.

Some wallpapers are only produced in limited quantities.

If an item interests you but is out of stock, do not hesitate to contact us.

1.2- Procedure: Each order must be subject to acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale.

2-Price

The prices indicated are expressed in Euros including VAT, taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order.

They are guaranteed for the duration of the online publication and within the limit of possible stocks.

L’Atelier du Mur reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price appearing on the site on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the Buyer.

Prices shown include order processing fees but do not include shipping and delivery charges.

3-Payment Payments are made online by credit card and are completely secure .

The date of validation of the order corresponds to the date of payment by credit card online.

4. Cancellation

Any order cancellation must be made within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Beyond this period, the cancellation of the order cannot be taken into account. For urgent orders, no cancellation will be possible once payment has been received.

5-Delivery, deadline, customs duty and transfer of risk.

5 .1- Delivery and deadline: Deliveries are possible throughout Metropolitan France, the European Union, and the rest of the world with the exception of a few countries. The Buyer undertakes to communicate all the information relating to the delivery conditions (place, recipient, etc.) when placing the Order. This information binds the Buyer in the event of an error in the wording of the recipient’s contact details or other information; the Seller cannot be held responsible for any inability to deliver the Product.

All our deliveries are made by post. The delivery time in Metropolitan France is usually 3-5 working days. To this delivery time is added the manufacturing time if the product is not kept in stock; this production time varies according to the collections: “Singular Landscapes” count 2 to 3 weeks after receipt of payment.

“Les Dorés” count 4 to 5 weeks after receipt of payment.

These lead times may be longer for complex custom projects or large order quantities.

However, we can process certain urgent orders for an additional 30% of the sale price.

The tracking number will be sent to you by email after your order has been dispatched.

5.2: Import Duties, Fees and Taxes

With regard to products shipped to overseas departments and territories and countries outside the European Union, customs duties, fees or local import taxes may be required by the tax or customs services. Their payment remains in all cases the responsibility of the buyer.

5 .3- Transfer of risk: The customer must carefully check the products at the time of their delivery, so that the product damaged by the carrier, the damage and the losses are recorded upon receipt, on the discharge of the carrier. Otherwise, the customer cannot expect any compensation.

Defects or missing items that are not due to transport but to non-compliance of the order must be the subject of a complaint addressed to the Seller, within a maximum period of 10 days from receipt of the products, by registered letter with AR.

After this period, the products concerned will not be taken back or exchanged and will not give rise to the payment by the Seller of damages to the Buyer.

The Vendor’s liability is at most limited to the value of the wallpaper invoiced and cannot under any circumstances be extended to any other reimbursement (labour, supplies, damages, etc.).

Once the wallpaper has been installed, we accept no liability for defects visible before installation.

6-Withdrawal period

In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the Buyer has a period of 14 days (Article L 121-20 of the French Consumer Code) from the receipt of his order, to exercise his right of withdrawal from the Wall Workshop.

Returned items must be in new condition and in the original packaging. They must not have been used, nor have suffered any damage, however minimal, and be in a state of perfect cleanliness, to allow their subsequent marketing. Any item that does not meet these characteristics will not be refunded or exchanged.

Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. In the event of loss or damage to the returned package, we will not be able to refund the order and the Buyer must make a complaint directly to his carrier.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to items requiring special manufacture or to personalized products, made to measure at the request of the customer.

No warranty applies and no complaint is admissible beyond the withdrawal period.
